霍诺威铝塑复合管

PEX/AL/PEX铝塑复合管是以激光技术或对接焊铝带为中间层，内外层均为硅烷交联聚乙烯（PEXb)原料，层间采用热熔胶，通过挤出成型方法复合而成的管材。由于硅烷是正面体结构，其三个点上的---OCH3原子团都可以参与反应，因而其反应产物为立体网络结构，其物理机械强度综合性能相对较好，蠕变性小。其聚乙烯分子链之间Si-O-Si分子桥，而非C---C分子桥，因而不易受到氧的攻击，热氧稳定性好。更由于其为多点立体交联，因而在同等交联度下，其交联密度远远高于过氧化物交联产物（PEXa)。就大大增强了其高温下的耐压能力。

PEX/AL/PEX aluminium-plastic composite pipe is made of butt-welded or butt-welded aluminium strip as the middle layer and silane cross-linked polyethylene (PEXb) as the inner and outer layers. Special hot melt glue is used between layers and the pipe is compounded by extrusion method. Because silane is a front-body structure, OCH3 atoms at three points can participate in the reaction, so its reaction product is a three-dimensional network structure, its physical and mechanical strength is relatively good, and its creep is small. The Si-O-Si molecular bridge between the polyethylene molecular chains is not C-C molecular bridge, so it is not easily attacked by oxygen and has good thermal and oxygen stability. Because of its multi-point stereo crosslinking, the crosslinking density of PEXa is much higher than that of PEXa at the same crosslinking degree. It greatly enhances the pressure resistance at high temperature.

霍诺威PEX/AL/PEX硅烷交联聚乙烯铝塑复合管执行GB/T18997-2-2002标准。长期工作温度为95℃，长期工作压力为1.25MPa,爆破压力为6-9MPa。耐热性在200℃下不变形、不发粘，收缩率小，在70℃，收缩率为0.1%左右。根据ISO/ DIS9080标准（国标GB/T 18252-2000）推荐使用寿命达50年。HONOWAY PEX/AL/PEX silane crosslinked polyethylene-aluminium-plastic composite pipes are implemented in accordance with GB/T18997-2-2002 national standards. The long-term working temperature is 95 C, the maximum long-term working pressure is 1.25 MPa, and the blasting pressure is 6-9 MPa. The heat resistance is not deformed and sticky at 200 ℃, and the shrinkage rate is small. At 70 (?) C, the shrinkage rate is about 0.1%. According to ISO/DIS 9080 standard (GB/T 18252-2000), the recommended service life is 50 years.

The current standard for HONOWAY PEX/AL/PEX silane crosslinked polyethylene-aluminium-plastic composite pipes is GB/T18997.2-2002. HONOWAY PEX/AL/PEX aluminium-plastic composite pipe can effectively prevent external oxygen molecules from penetrating into the inside of the pipe, thus avoiding the corrosion of the main parts of the system caused by poor water quality and other reasons. HONOWAY PEX/AL/PEX aluminium-plastic composite pipe has several connection modes for different purposes. After each cutting operation, please use appropriate tools for proofreading to ensure long-term effective service life.
